1. Service and acceptance

These terms govern the Only You app and service. By creating an account or using it, you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy. You must be at least 13, or the minimum age required in your country.

2. Account and invitations

Provide accurate information, protect access to your device and never share credentials or a recovery key. Invitation links and QR codes grant the selected rights; send them only to intended recipients.

3. Content and conduct

You retain ownership of your content and give Only You only the technical rights needed to transmit, encrypt, store and display it to authorised members. You must hold the required rights and consents.

Illegal content, child sexual abuse material, unlawful violence, hate, harassment, fraud, privacy or rights violations and attempts to bypass security are prohibited. Members can report a post and block a user. Only You may remove content, restrict an account or cooperate with authorities where legally required.

4. Encryption and limits

Accepted content is end-to-end encrypted before storage. A photo is nevertheless checked by automated safety moderation before encryption. Operational metadata is not end-to-end encrypted. No system is unbreakable, and an authorised recipient can save displayed content.

5. Free tier and subscription

The free tier includes up to 5 created albums and 20 photos per album. “Unlimited Albums” raises these limits. The App Store price at purchase prevails.

The subscription is monthly and auto-renewing. Payment is charged to your Apple account at confirmation. It renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends; renewal is charged within the 24 hours before that time. Manage it in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Deleting an Only You account does not cancel it.

6. Availability and account closure

Maintenance, mandatory security updates or incidents may cause interruptions. You can delete your account in the app. Only You may restrict it for serious violations, safety risks or legal duties.

7. Liability and law

Only You remains liable where required by law. You remain responsible for your content, invitations and recovery backups. French law applies without removing mandatory consumer protection in your country. Contact Support before starting a dispute.
